On patch 16.21, Sylas is rated B tier in the jungle, winning 50.1% of 7,027 ranked games with a 7.2% pick rate. The most successful build this patch runs Conqueror with Flash and Smite and builds Hextech Rocketbelt, Riftmaker, Zhonya's Hourglass, and Sorcerer's Shoes.

Sylas struggles most against Trundle (29.2%), Rammus (38%), and Jax (42.6%) and does best against Aatrox (69%), Rengar (61.8%), and Elise (59.7%).
